Technical Support: AccessLine & AccessLink
AccessLine and AccessLink form the two parts of Access Computer Technologies' Help Desk. AccessLine is comprised of technical support personnel with a  broad range of operating systems, communications software, and application program troubleshooting skills. AccessLink, via modems is
     used by AccessLine personnel to access remote systems for periodic maintenance checks or to solve a current system problem.

      Clients who wish to have AccessLink support are required to have a computer or port on the host, a modem and communication software dedicated for system access.

AccessLine and AccessLink are staffed from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. 

Outside of this, an Access Computer Technologies' professional is on call for a quick response. A caller to AccessLine is prompted to leave a message describing  the nature of the problem and a telephone number. The client can expect a response within 20 minutes. Twenty-four hour, seven-day a week service is available for  those clients whose needs require extended service hours.
